We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable project accountant to assist with the onsite accounting needs. This role will be working closely with project leadership and various internal/external departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver and a strong team-focused attitude. This position will be fully at the project site located in Boise, ID.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 + Incentives

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for processing subcontractor billings and all material invoices for the project.

+ Prepare and submit certified payroll reports using Elations

+ Track and review subcontractor certified payroll submissions.

+ Support corporate craft payroll department in the processing of union payroll) new hire paperwork, time entry, payroll check processing, etc.)

+ Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices.
