Key Responsibilities
- Collect and follow up acceptance documents from Engineering Team and/or NDT Team
- Prepare acceptance certificate documents and coordinate submission to customers for approval
- Request and monitor Good Receipt (GR) approval from customers
- Review customer PO and maintain project acceptance database updates
- Coordinate approved GR handover to Invoice Team
- Provide daily GR status reports to Acceptance Manager
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Associate Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and database management
- Able to manage project administration activities effectively
- Experience or familiarity with the telecommunication industry will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
