About the role

The Programs Manager delivers maximum commercial returns for Austal Philippines on given projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting all customer requirements.

To oversee project execution from planning to delivery and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Austal standards.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Establish a reputable and trusted shipyard through ethical practices and consistent performance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget vessel construction and full compliance with head contract terms and conditions.
