Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Technology/Domain

• Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too)
• Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM
• Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients
• Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them
• Ability to lead our client's team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters
• Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverable
