Under the leadership of our Service Manager, and working alongside a Programme Manager colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the vulnerable adults who live at Shepton House and Willow House are supported to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes. Shepton House is a residential 20-bed Lifehouse (homeless hostel), Willow House is a Lifehouse with up to 47 residents operating a service 24 hours a day, days a year.
