1. Programme & Project Management (60% of the role)
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, operationalisation, and execution of Skillseed’s training programmes, workshops, learning journeys, and community engagements.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, workplans, trackers, SOPs, logistics plans, and programme documentation.
Ensure programmes are executed with high levels of timeliness, professionalism, accuracy, and operational excellence.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and related processes to support continuous learning, communication, and participant engagement beyond formal training sessions.
Coordinate closely with trainers, facilitators, community stakeholders, associates, vendors, and internal support teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
