The role involves coordinating course registrations, maintaining learning records, managing e-learning accounts, preparing reports, handling email communications, and supporting programme management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for training programmes, learning activities, and course coordination.
Manage end-to-end course registrations, confirmations, withdrawals, deferments, postponements, and cancellations for internal and external training programmes.
Liaise with training providers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and staff on training-related matters and enquiries.
