 Job Descriptions  Assist the team in managing department‘s mailbox –email assigned 
Assist the team in admin duties –pigeonhole etc 
Assist the team in CRM –email assignment 
Asset the team in pre-enrolmentmatters –track students whereabout, under 18 student contracts etc 
Assist the team in calling and emailing students for attendance and payment issue 
Assist the team in orientation 
Assist the team in STP matters, reminding students to submit their copy of STP, STP renewal/cancellation etc 
 Period  Immediateto 15 Sep 2023 
 Location  Clementi 
 Working Hours  Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm 
$10/hr 
 Job Requirements  At least 2 years of experience in customer service and microsoft office
