Tappx is a fast‑growth AdTech company that delivers digital advertising solutions across mobile, OTT/CTV, and desktop. We are looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to manage and optimize a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring maximum performance and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Account optimization (Maintenance)
- Customer communication.
- Compliance / monitoring of KPIs (Client and Tappx) (rCPM, discrepancies, errors - timeouts, reports for demand partners, Supply Quality).
- Understand the behavior of accounts (ups and downs) from a technical and business point of view.
- Ensure that the account is always at 100% potential (Targeting options; Blacklist Apps, new apps pending to be created, etc.).
- Solve / bridge with specific account issues (IT - Demand).
- Invoices payment closing and coordination / payment tracking.
- Upselling (New revenues)
