The Program Specialist assists with the overall management of ODP homecare quality operations,
including emphasis on best practice, quality improvement, and process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Performs reviews of weekly and quarterly record reviews for Quality Management Programs and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
+ Assists in coordinating and reporting results for the ODP program
+ Provides customer service to Service Coordinators, Case Managers, Individual Participants and Staff
+ Proactively communicates and collaborates with external customers to review services/supports and troubleshoot
+ Creates and maintains best practice guides, SOPs, and ODP QM Plan
+ Works independently under direction of Business Development Manager and Director of Business Operations
+ Identifies areas of improvement within staff training, services rendered and program as a whole
