Own end-to-end program delivery across the Travel Innovation portfolio — virtual card, real time payment and parametric products and expansion across the global – APAC, EMEA, LATAM and US.
Define and maintain program roadmaps, delivery milestones, RAID logs, and governance cadences across all workstreams
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Claims, and Operations to keep programs on track
Identify interdependencies between workstreams and proactively manage risks and blockers before they impact delivery
Partner & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external partners and data vendors, overseeing contract progress, SLA adherence, and escalation management
Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners during program delivery phases, ensuring clear communication on scope, timelines, and open items
