The Technical Program Manager leads the Business Integrated Solutions Division s technical support team, focusing on supporting the use of business enablement tools like Microsoft Power App and Automate throughout the agency. This role manages two analysts who support the business with utilization or Power Automate, oversees the agency Community of Practice for Power App/Automate, and ensures delivery of training for these tools to business users. This role also works in a matrixed staffing model to develop BISD analysts who report to other supervisors in the division.
