Role Overview The Program Manager Operations, will work directly with the Program Lead and Senior Program Managers to implement the ECCE initiatives in the state and engage closely with the government departments including the Department of Women and Child Development and Department of Education. The role will focus on translating program strategies into actionable plans, driving day-to-day coordination with internal teams, monitoring progress, and supporting field teams to deliver timely and high-quality execution of the program activities.
