As the Program Manager, Mental Performance , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental performance coaching services offered on military bases across Canada, in order to enhance the operational readiness of the Canadian Armed Forces. You will provide technical support and leadership to the Mental Performance teams that are already established on select bases, while assessing the need for services and overseeing the growth of Mental Performance capabilities on other bases. You will be responsible for developing and implementing program delivery standards and policies, building novel approaches to measure program success, and reporting on the impact of mental performance services on operational and tactical outcomes of relevance to Canadian Armed Forces leadership. This role integrates operational, tactical, and strategic responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the needs of diverse stakeholders.
