Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Manager (I) for their Council Bluffs, IA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of a basic program.

+ Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies.

+ Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.

+ Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders.

+ Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.

+ Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.

+ Facilitate effective meetings.

+ Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
