In this role, you will lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support Oracle's global Human Resources and HCM programs. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, product teams, IT, operations, and executive stakeholders to deliver initiatives that improve employee experience, optimize business processes, and enable organizational transformation.
