Role Overview
Drive category growth by owning AoP performance (orders, AoV, revenue). This role translates data into strategic interventions, program-manages cross-functional initiatives, and acts as the crucial connective tissue between the Category Head, Customer Growth, and broader business teams.
Core Responsibilities
A. AoP & Strategic Planning
- Performance Ownership: Track planned vs. actual (orders, AoV, revenue); publish weekly updates and month-out projections.
- Proactive Interventions: Diagnose performance gaps and propose strategic levers to close them.
- Growth Alignment: Partner with Customer Growth & Engagement to align campaigns and incentives with category targets.
B. Metrics & Insights
