General DescriptionResponsible for working with the program team to get program timing, quality and cost targets within specified scope. Guarantee customer satisfaction from program kickoff to 3 months after SOP.

Key Accountabilities1. Support Sales to develop new business opportunities and program kickoff. Establish the initial project plan, Gate plan, define and gain essential resource for programs.2. Establish and lead the regular programs review with team members, keep the 3 elements under tracking over whole program development.3. Report the program management status to managers’ organization.4. Working with project team and finance to define the program investment scheme, and support the investment request submission and approval.5. Lead all the issues resolve and tracking.
