Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own the strategy and end-to-end execution of the Interviewer Securement Program for corporate university hiring in North America. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role sitting within the Recruiting Operations team, responsible for ensuring Amazon has the right interviewers, in the right place, at the right time — at scale across global hiring seasons.

In this role, you will define the multi-year programmatic strategy for interviewer securement, translating business hiring demand into actionable capacity plans and building the mechanisms to deliver against them.
