Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven individual to join Nordstrom’s Legal Department as a Program Manager supporting the infrastructure relating to food and beverage compliance, including permitting and licensing requirements. This role helps design, implement, and optimize the systems, processes, and governance frameworks that enable the Compliance and Legal team to operate at scale.

+ Support the design, implementation, and optimization of food and beverage compliance operations infrastructure—license and permit management, workflow tracking, recordkeeping, reporting, and AI adoption.

+ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, governance frameworks, and program processes, and coordinate change management as new concepts, locations, and regulations come online.
