Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics Delivery (Primary Focus)

Own end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics workstreams within the Core Banking transformation.

Manage delivery of:

• Enterprise operational and regulatory reporting
• Analytical data marts and consumption layers
• Data validation reconciliation and controls

Lead the transition from legacy DWH to a modern data platform including execution of the DWH demise strategy.

Core Banking Data Expertise

Provide deep domain oversight of Oracle Flexcube data models transactions products and accounting flows.

Ensure accurate sourcing of data from Flexcube for downstream systems.

Support data mapping transformation logic and reconciliation during migration and cutover.

Act as a subject-matter lead for core banking data-related decisions.
