 Job Scope  Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for precision engineering programs 
Collaborate with NPI, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved 
Monitor project progress and resolve technical, operational, and logistical issues in a timely manner 
Provide technical expertise in precision engineering processes, including CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology 
Oversee prototype development and ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability 
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for precision-engineered components and systems 
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and tight tolerance requirements
