L1 Operations & Support
Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems, including remote and onsite troubleshooting (24/7 standby roster). Respond to operational alerts, cybersecurity incidents, and system issues. Support system verification testing after patches and maintenance cycles. Co‑manage centralized monitoring dashboards and alerting systems. Support change management processes using Service Management platforms. Maintain and update Operations & Maintenance (O&M) playbooks. Prepare and submit operational reports and updates.
Cybersecurity Management
Perform vulnerability management, user access reviews, and log monitoring. Maintain and update risk registers for PMO-PSB systems. Conduct cybersecurity awareness training tailored to stakeholders.
