ABOUT THE ROLE The Program Development Associate works independently and in close collaboration with University Relations to build strong relationships with university partners and develop compelling, value-added proposals for faculty-led international programs. This role is central to Southbridge Access’ business development strategy, helping us expand our presence as a travel provider across existing and new markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Proposal Development & Itinerary Design - Develop a deep understanding of Southbridge Access’ destinations, program portfolio, and service offerings
- Create formal itineraries and internal RFQs in response to incoming requests from university partners
- Craft creative, value-added proposals tailored to each client’s academic objectives across Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond
