In this role you will provide expert technical support for the H145M customization program, guiding system configuration, reliability, maintenance, testing and safety. You will oversee suppliers and work with a multidisciplinary team to shape program development and assess proposed changes. You will ensure configuration control and obsolescence management, serving as the interface between programs and Support and Service. This position offers exposure to international regulations, aviation standards, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to travel and influence mission‑critical deliverables.
