Background:

iFOREST is supporting MNRE (Ministry of Renewable Energy) in implementing the City Accelerator Program under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, aimed at scaling rooftop solar (RTS) adoption in urban areas. As part of this initiative, three cities in Odisha— Rourkela & Berhampur)—have been selected.
