Job Summary

The Program Assistant will support the Heart & Vascular department, supporting Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery programs. The clinic name is Ernst Cardiovascular Center.


Essential Functions

+ Data entry, clerical and computer tasks

+ Maintains the database

+ Files and copies paperwork/charts

+ Completes reports

+ Answers phones

+ Completes chart audits

+ Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Required

+ High school diploma


Preferred

+ Experience with Microsoft Outlook
