Summary This position is in the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary Transportation, Office of the General Counsel, Office of Aviation Consumer Protection (OACP). The position is responsible for advising OACP leadership on the mission outcomes, cost, and performance efficiencies to be gained by developing and implementing modern Information Technology (IT) and automation tools to improve internal administration of unique OACP functions.
