Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Training and Development Division of CIVILIAN PERS SUPPORT STAFF. Responsibilities You will perform program analytics and data mining, create data visualizations, and use data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies. You will serve as a subject matter expert and data analyst for training data management and training systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS). You will work independently with little supervision. You will perform analytical pattern detection and recommend solutions to complex problems.
