Job Description

Scope of Position: Responsible and accountable to manage end-to-end Protégé Program of Airbus Malaysia, from sourcing, selecting, monitoring, training and exiting. Administer program effectiveness and participants’ performance/discipline. Be the interface to PROTEGE Secretariat of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD) for all PROTEGE matters. To support selected ADS Malaysia ICP initiatives, engagements and operational activities as requested by ADS KAM Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, select and hire the best quality Protégé candidates as required by Hiring Managers.
• Work closely with other Hiring Managers to understand the Protégé participant requirements.
• Maintain Protégé participants leaves records and generate a monthly allowance for payroll and claims processing.
