Manage complex sales contracts for the domestic and international markets with a high degree of proactivity, assertiveness, and autonomy—qualities widely recognized by key stakeholders—ensuring highly satisfactory results.
Ensure the delivery of the aircraft and/or services to the end customer in accordance with the deadlines, quality standards, costs, and margins pre-established in the contract and approved commercial balance sheet, as well as company procedures.
Participate in the drafting of contracts and commercial balance sheets by critically analyzing clauses and values to facilitate contract management.
Prepare, make available, and keep the contract or program’s Customer File up to date.
Participate in production and planning meetings, identifying opportunities for improvement, anticipating problems, and proposing preventive, corrective, and risk mitigation actions.
