Key responsibilities:
- Deliver conceptual and detailed designs of civil services for land development and municipal projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, design reports, and tender documentation.
- Site supervision, quality control, and project monitoring to ensure design intent and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure all work meets the relevant standards and statutory requirements.

Minimum requirements:
- Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (Pr.Eng or Pr. Tech Eng).
- At least 10 years of experience in civil services design across water, sewer, stormwater, and roads.
