Primary Responsibilities of Professional Consultant

• Analyze and design project solutions per pre-sales configurations and guidelines.
• Perform project solution technical modeling, analysis, and planning.
• Ensure all technical aspects of implementing the solution meet the project’s requirements.
• Report any oversight, error, or omission in the original design by the pre-sales team to the project coordinator or manager.
• Complete and deliver all required documentation during and at the end of the project.
• Troubleshoot any incident or problem escalated by an Incident Handler due to time constraints or resolution complexity.
• Help identify risks and issues and assist in their prompt resolution.
• Write and update SOPs, protocols or Best Practices to standardize discovery, implementation, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures.
