Job Title : Staff or Sr. Staff Attorney Contract Position – Worker’s Compensation Defense Attorney

Duration: 6 Months and Possible Extension Contract to Full Time Hire

Work Type: 100% Remote ( Work from Home + Some Virtual Appearances on Video Conference before the California Workers' Compensation Boards )

Work Schedule : M-F (8 hrs * 5 days)



Pay Range : $75 - $95/hr on W2 without benefits.

 

Job Description:

The Staff/ Sr. Staff Attorney is an in-house position FULLY REMOTE POSITION that will handle a designated workload of Workers’ Compensation cases and/or some remote (Video Conference) appearances before the California Workers' Compensation Boards in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, Van Nuys, and Oxnard.
