Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a docket of product liability cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct factual investigations, and work with engineering and scientific experts
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs with precision and clarity
• Take and defend depositions, including experts and corporate representatives
• Develop case strategy and participate in settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
