They are looking for a Production Testing Manager to lead and scale their production testing capability in Johannesburg.
This is a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role sitting close to hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for improving production test strategy, test reliability, product quality, traceability, and manufacturing throughput across a growing portfolio of Io T hardware products.
This would suit someone who is still technically hands‑on but also confident leading people, setting standards, improving processes, and owning production testing delivery across a fast‑moving engineering and manufacturing environment.
