Performing the duties of Production Technician, working within a rotating roster system.
Responsible for the operation of the process system under the direction of Lead Production Technician and/or the Production Supervisor.
Troubleshoot equipment and process problems, and restore normal operating conditions to ensure continuous operations.
Assist Lead Production Technician as an operation liaison, co-ordinate the production, maintenance and project activities to ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor and report stock inventory of chemicals, materials and consumables for production requirement.
Ensure HSE and operational performance targets within area of responsibility are achieved.
Assist other trades and disciplines as required within the limits and capabilities and experience to meet maintenance/operation requirements.
