About the Role

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for operating plant machinery, preparing raw materials, manufacturing chemical batches, and packing finished goods in line with production schedules and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery to manufacture chemical powders and fluids
• Prepare raw materials and packaging in line with batch sheets
• Set up, clean, calibrate and maintain production equipment prior to batch runs
• Manufacture batches safely, accurately and within required turnaround KPIs
• Complete batch documentation and update ERP systems accurately
• Troubleshoot basic production and machinery issues
