Execute daily production control activities, including production scheduling, line balancing, and manpower planning.
Carry out daily quality control tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (GMP, Halal, GDP for medical devices & therapeutic products).
Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained, complete, and accurate.
Oversee housekeeping and cleaning of production equipment and facilities.
Participate in trial production runs for new customers.Support production operations by working alongside operators and hand packers.
Execute maintenance activities for production equipment as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
