Summary:

The Whey Team Lead Operator is responsible for the knowledge of whey production operations including pasteurizer, evaporator, crystallizer, spray dryer, mill, sifter and packing. The Whey Foreperson position is a working foreperson and must be capable of disassembly, assembling and making minor adjustments to all whey production equipment.
