Manage flexible production capacity within market driven lead times
Ensure the timely delivery of all assemble products in specified quality and cost effective process.
Recruit, lead, coach and oversee all employees in Cleanroom Assembly
Ensure adequate training and qualification of employee in production and assembly to build professional production team according to skill matrix plan.
Ensure optimal and efficient staff allocation and time management at production orders and material storage processes.
Ensure the continuous improvement and 5S at work environment to improve the productivity and maintain safety of work.
