About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Production Support to lead L1/L2 support operations for critical Market Operations and Collateral Management platforms. The role will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, incident management, batch processing governance, and operational excellence across trade processing and post-trade environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting the COLLINE Collateral Management platform , along with expertise in Linux, SQL, ETL processes, and enterprise batch scheduling tools such as Tidal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L1/L2 production support for Market Operations and Collateral Management applications.
• Support and manage the COLLINE platform and related collateral management workflows.
• Monitor and maintain Linux-based production environments.
