About the Role We are supporting the global rollout of a new, enterprise‑scale sales reporting platform that will become the primary source of truth for sales performance worldwide. This platform replaces multiple legacy systems and supports thousands of internal and external users across regions, functions, and sales channels.
What You’ll Be Doing - Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for a global, business‑critical sales reporting platform
- Respond to user inquiries via Slack and email, including access issues, data inaccuracies, and general reporting questions
- Investigate and troubleshoot data and reporting issues, validating metrics and reconciling discrepancies
- Distinguish between training or adoption gaps and true platform defects
- Escalate confirmed bugs or data pipeline issues to engineering with clear documentation and business impact
