Job Overview

The Metal Finishing Supervisor directs and coordinates day-to-day activities of the metal finishing department in safely processing materials, ensuring the maintenance of tank chemistries, scheduling and directing labor, and supporting manufacturing flow and lean processes by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate and technical personnel.
