What You'll Do

• Assist the Production Manager in setting targets and drive the execution of actions to fulfill those targets
• Supervise all-encompassing work activities in the assigned production area
• Direct operators to obtain maximum productivity and efficiency, assuring attendance and proper manning
• Comply to and deploy the prescribed processes and methods to ascertain that the products assembled conform to established specifications and quality standards
