            Responsibilities 

Coordinate operations of all production departments, ensuring product quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and customer satisfaction. 

Report issues related to production, quality, maintenance, or personnel. 

Strategize, plan, and execute daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals. 

Lead a team of technicians and production operators to achieve daily output, quality performance, productivity and cost targets. 

Resolve line‑related issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions before they arise. 

Drive continuous‑improvement programs for operational excellence. 

Coordinate and support new product introduction activities. 

Collaborate with management, internal stakeholders and contract manufacturers on project status, progress and issue resolution. 

Own and complete assigned tasks, ensuring end‑to‑end execution and closure.
