**What you'll do**

+ Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations with approximately 28 direct reports.
+ Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of front-line manufacturing employees in rotors and airfoils manufacturing proceses and repair. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans. Ensure proper staffing levels to meet production demands, including recruiting and training new employees.
+ Production Oversight: Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives. Analyze production data and report to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
