Job Summary: This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities for team members engaged in extruding aluminum at a fast pace aluminum extrusion facility. This position will be in charge of a 5 to 6-person crew including supervision and will be expected to be able to run all machinery safely and be goal oriented. The candidate will need run their crew in the order of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. This position reports to the Floor Supervisors Responsibilities and Duties:

To ensure Safety is the #1 priority at all times.

Ensures team members are all following all JSP's and conducting monthly JSP's reviews

Actively participates and motivates team members to actively participate in continuous improvement activities to promote safety, quality, delivery and cost initiatives

Coach/develop, and train team members.

Maintains/monitors production goals and effectively communicates requirements to team members.
