Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Plan resource to run production to ensure on time delivery.

2.Work together with MFE/VSQ and other functions to initiate projects/actions to achieve Q.C.D KPI target.

3.Act as leader of production line, coach/develop associates and organization .

4.Actively support product development team to introduce new product into mass production.

5.Support plant level activities, like I4.0, Digitalization, AOI , Agile, BPS improvement, etc.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Ability to cooperation with cross function team

2. Engineering (Mech. or Elec.) background 

3. English capability prefer

4. Familiar with production system

5. At least 3 years in manufacturing related position.
