We’re excited to add two Production Supervisor roles to our team —one for 1st shift and one for 3rd shift.

In this role, you’ll champion Parker’s Corporate WIN Strategy by managing and improving the safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement of a high-performance production area.

You’ll develop and support your team through hands-on leadership—training and coaching employees, assigning and prioritizing work, coaching and developing your team, building cross-training plans, and addressing performance concerns in line with company policies....
